Shipping Policies

  • Our shipping service is only available in Mexico. International shipments are not made for any reason.

  • Delivery within the City of Querétaro is free of charge.

  • The shipping price to the rest of the Mexican Republic will depend on the volume and delivery location and is charged separately.

  • All purchase orders placed through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies other than Tlamaga S de RL de CV.

  • The delivery of the product will be made to the address indicated by the client in the account portal or to a different address provided by the client, which must be done at the time of confirming the order.

  • Delivery time will be confirmed according to stock and delivery location, counting from the time the full purchase amount has been received.

  • In the event that the parcel does not arrive at the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. They will leave until the next day.

  • In the event that no one is there to receive the package at the address provided, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days. If not claimed, it will be returned to the Tlamaga S de warehouse. RL de CV and the customer must pay the cost of the return.

  • Product deliveries will be made only on business days and could take 2 to 4 business days in some cases.

  • If there is any disagreement, you must express it at that time and you must contact the customer service of Tlamaga S de RL de CV to clarify said circumstance.

  • All products will be packaged at no extra cost.

  • Within a maximum period of 24 hours following your online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the product. This policy does not apply to long weekends, holidays, weekends and other non-working days.

  • Upon receiving the product at the indicated address, the user is obliged to review the product. In the event of any damage, the user must notify it within 5 business days to the email ventas@tlamaga.com.mx or to the contact telephone numbers provided on the web platform.
